THIS IS A BINDING LEGAL; AGREEMENT (THIS “Agreement”)

Please note that The London Residences Boutique Hotel is not suitable for children unaccompanied under 16 years of age.

It is the policy of The London Residences Boutique Hotel that all guests pay a deposit of IDR 800,000 per room at check-in to cover the possible cost of any damages that may occur to the rented premises due to the occupancy of the premises by the guest. The deposit will be returned upon check-out. All guests will also be required to sign a “Waiver of Liability “form at check in and present their passports to be copied for Indonesian Hotel Regulation.

Accepting payment at the hotel can be made with Cash in Indonesian Rupiah or with credit card machines where upon 2% is charged.

Smoking of any tobacco products including, but not limited to cigarettes, pipes, cigars, snuff or chewing tobacco, is only allowed in designated areas as sign posted throughout the accommodation and is in accordance with the Health Act 2006.

We do not accept Pets throughout the accommodation, except for service dogs.

We only have parking available for motorbikes and bicycles. There is no parking for vehicles on-site, however off-site parking can be arranged with pre-approval from hotel management. Where on-site parking is provided guests accept that they park their motorbikes at their own risk.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 – Cancellation fees are based on the season:

Low & High Season:

14 days prior are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to

one night of accommodation

Peak Season:

30 days prior are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to

one night of accommodation

2. Visitor Visa

2.1 – All visitors arriving in Indonesia must possess a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry into Indonesia and contains at least one blank page. For more information on the Indonesian Visa on Arrival Policy, please contact the nearest Indonesian Consulate or Embassy.

3. Tax & Service Charge and Billing Currency

3.1 – All rates are subject to 11% Government Tax and 10% Service Charge as quoted on the final billing.

3.2 – All room rates are quoted on the website are in US Dollars. Final billing at the hotel however will be processed in Indonesia Rupiah based on the billing rate on the day of transaction.

4. Guarantees

4.1 – Credit Cards are required at the time of booking. A deposit of 50 % is required to confirm your booking. Please see cancellation policy above.

5. No Shows & Early Departures

5.1 – No shows & early departures are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full length of stay/total number of room nights originally reserved. Under no circumstances.

6. Disruption

6.1 -In 2021, Nyepi will fall on Sunday, 14th March. Please note that check-in and checkout will not be possible on Nyepi Day, and Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) will be closed. The hotel will be closed for this time. We kindly invite you to respect this sacred day and observe these restrictions. For more specific information, please check online or contacts us.

7. Events

7.1 – The London Residences Boutique Hotel must approve any events you plan to hold during your stay. Such approval is at the sole discretion of The London Residences Boutique Hotel. The Guest is responsible for the behaviour of his or her guests at The London Residences Boutique Hotel and in particular for the orderly conduct of guests attending any event in The London Residences Boutique Hotel.

8. Damages, breakages or losses

8.1 – Guests are responsible for looking after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay. The London Residences Boutique Hotel reserves the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage or mess.

Any lost property, if discovered and found, left behind by guests during a stay will be held for a period of 1 month. While we will make our best efforts to reunite lost property with their owners we accept no responsibility in replacing lost items and encourage guests to ensure they have all they’re belonging before checking-out. We may offer to post lost items via recorded delivery at the cost of the property owner, otherwise collection can be arranged.

9. Insurance

9.1 – We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance

at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, including evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, theft, cancellation and other travel contingencies.

10. Responsibility

10.1 – Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay at The London Residences Boutique Hotel, or during your participation in any activities during your visit to Bali. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.

11. Group Booking Policy

11.1 – “Group Booking(s)” means a single booking for at least 8 rooms reserved together for the same booking period, whether payment for the booking is to be made in one payment or each booked guest intends to pay separately.

11.2 – “You/Your” means the person making the booking and the group they represent whether that is, without limitation, a tour operator or agency, a government agency, company, club, society or a group of individuals with no formal affiliation.  If you are making the booking on behalf of an organisation, you warrant that you have the appropriate authority to accept these terms and bind the organisation.  Where there is no formal affiliation, the person making the booking will be jointly and severally liable along with the actual guest for the booking.  It is the duty of the person making the booking to ensure that these terms are brought to the attention of staying guests.

12. Reservations

12.1 – We will use the information that you give us to establish an appropriate price offer.  Information we may consider relevant to establishing our price offer includes, without limitation, the timing and length of the intended stay, the addition of food and beverage and other services, the number and standard of rooms, and the number of guests.  The price offered to each Group Booking is entirely at our discretion.  Each Group Booking requires a separate approval process.

12.2 – You accept these terms and the price offer by confirming the booking with us and paying a deposit of 50%.  The booking is not secured until we receive the bond/deposit.  The deposit is intended to be used as a down payment towards your final bill.  However, we may also use the payment as a bond towards any unanticipated cost we incur associated with your booking that is to be charged on top of your bill.

12.3 – Any items not included in the price offer that are added during your stay, such as additional guests, meals, incidentals and tour bookings, will be charged at the rate applicable at the time of your stay and will be dependent upon availability and added at our discretion.

12.4 – We are not be obliged to change the price offer due to changes in prices advertised on our website or on the website of a third party.

12.5 – You cannot assign a Group Booking to another person or organisation without our prior written consent.

13. Finalisation of Booking Requirements

13.1 – We must receive final notification of the required number and standard of rooms, number of guests, services, and the time and length of the booking in writing more than 60 days from your arrival date.  It is your responsibility to ensure we receive your final notification and in the absence of any communication within the required timeframe, we will assume that there are no changes to your booking.

13.2 – If you make a Group Booking with less than 30 days’ notice you will be liable for the whole of the booking upon your first confirmation and payment of deposit.

13.3 – Changes to your booking can be requested, but may result in an amendment to our price offer to you, which is entirely at our discretion.  If you do not wish to accept the revised offer you may cancel the booking as per clause (cancellation).

13.4 – We require a list of the full names of all staying guests and room configuration requirements in writing more than 15 days prior to your arrival date.

13.5 – We require notice of the catering and dietary requirements in writing more than 7 days prior to your arrival date.
