From the moment I arrived, I could not have been happier. This place is pure paradise! Great location, moments walk to all things essential and some great restaurants. Terrific value, quality furnishings/decor in a quirky British way. What really made the experience so special was the professionalism, constantly smiling, generously warm staff - they were amazing. The owners must really look after the staff because they take so much pride in their work and they seem to love their jobs so much.

Staff was super friendly and very considerate. They take pride in their hospitality and it really shows. The rooms always made and prepared before we return, breakfast was amazing (especially the watermelon juice upon checking in), very helpful when we had questions and just all around an amazing experience. Would definitely come again next time we're in Bali.

Nestled in the heart of Canggu this hotel offers more than an accommodation, it offers genuine 5-star customer service from the reservation stage, arrival and departure. Recommending for those seeking a getaway but having the convenience of being situated a profusion of cafes, shops and bars. Without a doubt a hotel I'll stay in for another getaway to Bali.
